Client's Liability: The Client acknowledges that the success of the Services depends on various factors beyond Wayv's control, including but not limited to market conditions, client's input, and third-party services. The Client agrees that Wayv will not be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred due to the Client's actions, decisions, or failure to provide necessary cooperation or information.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the provision of Services by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for any services rendered up to the termination date, as well as any outstanding fees or expenses incurred.
